Amoroso (for 3)
a ballo for three
Source:  AW Smith (Siena), reconstructed by Dafydd Cyhoeddwr
Music:  none as yet (interestingly enough, the source music seems to have been for the 3-person version)
Starting position:  in a line side by side, holding hands.  The instructions do not specify genders.
Note:  I'm arranging the sections according to the pieces of the written music, rather than by similar
actions as I might have otherwise
Section 1:
1-12 12 saltarelli, starting left; drop hands
Section 2:
13&14 End 1 does 2 sempi, left and right, and a doppio, left, away (instructions say "downgroup")
15&16 Middle does 2 sempi, left and right, and a doppio, left, to end up to the left of End 1
Section 3:
17&18 End 2 does 2 sempi, left and right, and a doppio, left, to end up left of Middle
-- alternately, the result of these actions could have the three facing each other in a "circle"
19&20 End 1 does a voltatonda (with a doppio) and a riverentia
Section 4:
21&22 Middle does a voltatonda (with a doppio) and a riverentia
24&25 End 3 does a voltatonda (with a doppio) and a riverentia
26 End 1 does 1 continentia left, touching hands with the person on the left
27 Middle does 1 continentia left, touching hands with the person on the left
28 End 2 does 1 continential left, touching hands with the person on the left (don't ask me how if they're in a line …)
-- alternately, it might be nice, if they're in a circle, to do 2 continentia and touch both people
29&30 All join hands to do a voltatonda (all move in a circle with two doppio, perhaps)
Note:  I think that this will work by playing each of the sections (aside from the first) one time through.
